Wild Mushrooms

I am truly fascinated with wild mushrooms. They come in such a wonderful variety of colors and shapes. And they can show up in some of the most interesting places. I have many pictures, most of which I haven't even been able to post for sale yet. I did put together a wonderful calendar available in my Zazzle gallery. There are also several mushroom images available there on cards, mugs, magnets, stickers, and keychains. I have several more images available on blank cards at my Greeting Card Universe store.

Here are some truly wonderful vibrant orange red mushrooms I came across quite accidently. I was drawn to something in the woods, and on my way there, I came across this whole patch of these mushrooms. I was so excited that I never did get to where I was originally headed.

This year I discovered Indian Pipe mushrooms, which look more like a delicate flower. They are not nearly as common as other types of mushrooms, and I was especially delighted when I came across these beauties with a pale pink hue to them.

Here are some more small orange mushrooms that again, were quite hidden, and I came across unexpectedly.

These were some mushrooms right in my own backyard that I digitally enhanced to create an effect of late night.

Wearable And Usable Art

Someone commented on my photographs on products and used the phrase "wearable and usable art". I had never thought about that before. Since having opened my gallery at Zazzle, I have put my images on T shirts, mugs, tote bags, keychains, magnets, and even Keds sneakers. That has really broadened how people can enjoy my work. You can still purchase just a print or poster to hang on your wall.

But if that doesn't appeal to you, I have many images on Keds Champion Sneakers. Your feet sure won't look like everyone else's. If you would like a design on a different style shoe, please contact me and I will be happy to create it for you to purchase. Here's a few I have available. Please visit my Zazzle gallery to see more.

Or perhaps you might enjoy one of my images with your favorite cup of coffee or tea. All mugs are available in different sizes and styles, including travel mugs. Also in steins and frosty mugs. And don't forget, you can personalize the cup using the design tool which is great for work if you're in the habit of putting down your mug and forgetting where you left it, now everyone will know who it belongs to. Or personalize it for a special gift.

You can also choose a different style shirt than the one the image is currently on. There are fitted T shirts, baby doll T shirts, organic T shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, and more. All designs are available in both men and women's, children's, toddler, and baby sizes. Get matching shirts for some Mom and daughter fun! Or you can coordinate and outfit with Keds sneakers, a T shirt, and tote bag. Have some fun with nature!

Personalized Flower And Nature Greeting And Note Cards

I love to take pictures and try to capture something that evokes feeling. I decided to offer my images for sale as a way to share some of the beauty or inspiration, or even humor I might be able to capture. I was delighted to discover Zazzle, where I can offer my images on greeting and note cards, posters and prints, but also mugs, T shirts, magnets, keychains, tote bags, aprons, even on Keds sneakers. You can personalize most items with your own text and messages for a personal touch. The rubber duckies card just makes me laugh. All those little "cool dude" rubber duckies with their "shades" on are just a hoot!

All of my images are available on blank cards as well as birthday, thank you, get well, thinking of you, and invitations. Matching postage stamps are also available. And if there's an image you like and I don't have what you want created, just contact me and I will be happy to create it for you to purchase.

This llama was so not happy I was taking her picture. I designed birthday cards for people who aren't happy about getting older.

This handsome rooster was having a crowing match with another rooster on the farm. I thought it would make a cute birthday card to crow about having a birthday.

This cute little fellow, a red eft or salamander, so happily posed for this picture. I thought he was particularly cute for a Thank You card.

I was taking a picture of this lovely rose when this bumble bee flew into the shot just as I snapped it. I guess he wanted to be famous!

And all cards are available as blank cards, which you can personalize yourself, or leave blank. I was driving by this reservoir when I saw several flocks of wild Canadian geese stopping over. It was such a lovely scene with them floating around in the reflection of the autumn leaves.

This beauty was serenely floating around, and I was able to capture his perfect reflection in the water.

And then I have many flower images. Flowers are one of my favorite subjects. I have roses, irises, wildflowers, lupine, and dahlias, just to name a few.
